Pupp & Mutt takes no responsibility for any damage to products or harm caused due to misuse, unsuitability, or unsupervision. We also do not offer refunds in these cases.

All products are designed to last a 'reasonable' length of time. This is down to our discretion depending on the product. The overuse or misuse of a product can deteriorate the product quality. We do not offer warranty on our products. However, please contact us and we can address any issues.

Although we inspect all products before shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect their item on arrival and report any signs of damage within 24 hours. Any reports after this time with be discredited.
